Thank you for your interest in the Awaken Your Hearts Event.

We are looking for UNIQUE vendors who are willing to help create an experiential, interactive space.turquoise_butterflies_flora                 We are looking for vendors that support our goal of the awareness to a Healthy Lifestyle and all things that create a Happy Heart.

If you have handmade items, positive, inspiring, motivational items, nutritional items, beauty items, artwork, energy/healing offerings, or wisdom beyond the stars, we want you!

Our Goal is to help our Guests DISCOVER how to live more fully and joyful, EMBRACE who they are, and EMPOWER them to live their dreams!  How can you contribute?


Reader/Healer/Information Booth Space is 7' x 6'

Includes a 3’ round table with Linens, located in the Foyer

(6 spaces are located in the Grand Ballroom with 6’ table with linens)

2 banquet chairs

Power and WiFi is available

 Price is $75



Vendor Booth Space is 9' x 9'

Includes a 6' or 8' table with Linens 

2 banquet chairs

Power and WiFi is available

Price is $100






There will be 3 Keynote Speakers per event.   The format for all other speakers will be 25 minute increments.

The value of speaking is greatly related to the success of the product or service you are offering at the event. This format allows many the opportunity to share.


Awaken Your Hearts (AYH) commits to provide a space for all to promote and market their business.

AYH commits to advertise in all manners possible.

AYH will post each participants profile on the event page and the web site.

Participant agrees to market themselves as a vendor in the event and will participate in a manner supportive of the mission statement of Awaken Your Hearts Event.

Participant agrees to have a pleasing and appropriate booth at the event.

Participant agrees to edify and network with other vendors.
